GENERAL ADMISSION TO ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES OF BSE
General Rules of Access Regulation G1.1 – Application
A prospective student would be deemed to have applied for admission after the following
documents haves been received by BSE:
i. signed and dated Application Form completed in full, with no discrepancies;
ii. certified ID copy;
iii. a certified copy of the Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate (NSSC);
iv. for degree studies, a certified copy of the NSSC certificate with Bachelor’s Degree
endorsement or a Universities South Africa (previously HESA) exemption certificate;
v. NQA evaluation of previous qualifications;
vi. proof of payment for full payment option; and/or
vii. a completed and signed admission of liability form for payment with terms, proof of
payment of the deposit, a current salary advice and three months’ bank statements.

Failure to submit all the required documentation will result in the application being declined.
